Call for ICOMON Board Candidates: September 8 – September 26, 2025
Online voting: October 1-10, 2025
Ratification of results: 15 November 2025
We are looking for active and engaged board members who are ready to share responsibilities and help build a vibrant program of activities for ICOMON members.
We value:
- Creativity, initiative, and follow-through
- Collaboration and building connections within the ICOM community
Please note: There is no financial support available for travel or other expenses related to board duties.
Prior to application, candidates should familiarize themselves with ICOMON and ICOM mission, Code of Ethics, Constitution, by-laws, and regulations.
The current ICOMON Board remains in place until the new board is ratified at the ICOMON General Assembly in Dubai, November 2025
Candidate Application Requirements
- Mini biography and motivation letter (combined maximum 300 words):
Introduce yourself, describe your experience in the field of money and banking museums or financial heritage institutions, and explain why you are interested in serving on the ICOMON Board. Specify what position you are running for.
- Photograph (.jpg format, 500 kB)
- For new candidates: A letter of support from your home museum or institution, confirming institutional backing and your ability to contribute to ICOMON’s mission.

- 1 Vice-chair
- 1 Secretary
- 1 Treasurer
- Ordinary Member
